I can't deny it-- I'm glad that Little Miss Rihanna is back on the scene. This time, she's returned with some kick ass tattoos and a lengthier updo that's perfect for spring!I am really feeling the tattoos. They are very unexpected-- gun tattoos are always a nice surprise, especially on a female as dainty as she. Great placement as well...viva la Rhi-Rhi!
